Empowered Movement is more than weekly classes. The studio is also a place to drop in and play, celebrate a birthday, and try something new together.
Open Play
Mobile through age 5 · Drop-in · From $10
Unstructured play in the studio space for babies through preschool age, with caregivers. Children explore soft-play structures and kinesthetic toys at their own pace, and grown-ups stay and enjoy the space too. No sign-up needed, just drop in.

Birthday parties
Private use of the studio for your child's party, hosted by us. The space is yours, with music and movement games led by a host, and time set aside for food and cake. You bring the celebration, we take care of the studio.
Every party is planned around your child, so dates and details are arranged personally. Send your details and Jordan will follow up.
Workshops and special sessions
Short seasonal and one-off sessions throughout the year, including bring-a-friend weeks. They are an easy way to try the studio with someone you already know. New sessions are announced as they are planned.
